What we're looking for
- Strong academic record: German grade 1.7 or better, or North American GPA 3.5+
- Strong written and spoken English
- Available for frequent video calls, comfortable with screen sharing
- Comfortable in Google Workspace
- Comfortable making cold calls to companies for information
- Curious, self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity
- Reliable for 5–10 hours/week
