Part-time Business Assistant

What you'd do

5–10 hours per week · remote · freelance · three pay rates possible:

Entry-level: €7–€10 / hr
Intermediate: €10–€13 / hr
Experienced: €13–€15 / hr

Overall monthly amount aimed around €200 to €400/month for the first two months.

Work varies week to week: research (AI/film trends, tax questions, markets), first drafts of documents, light design tweaks, general legwork. Sometimes that means phoning companies to get firsthand information. The role suits someone who likes jumping between different problems fast.

What we're looking for

Strong academic record: German grade 1.7 or better, or North American GPA 3.5+
Strong written and spoken English
Available for frequent video calls, comfortable with screen sharing
Comfortable in Google Workspace
Comfortable making cold calls to companies for information
Curious, self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity
Reliable for 5–10 hours/week
